Yes, works for clays. In a lot of competitive rifle shooting, you may be required to shoot weak side. I shot all national matches the last 2 years and every single match had 1 or 2 weak side stages.really? its huge in the sporting clay world

must have lost interestAh dang where did that Canadian fella go? Those were neat things he was making.
The brass weight under your cheek riser, where did u get that?
I forget who specifically made THAT one, there’s a few guys about that can do them. The brass weight under your cheek riser, where did u get that?
Front heavy with no weights! Straight tapper hawk hill barrel 26”You don't need it. Foundations are so back heavy you will be adding weight to front to ballance it out. Brass was not enough, I had to go full tungsten to get it ballanced with a m24/MTU.
Iw foundation? It’s a geniuses stock with Sikes clutch milled in one side up front that probably added a little. I have no weights on the insides in fore end and it’s very front heavy. The stock is a special edition black. without the scope mounted it weighs 20lbsThat makes no sense unless you have lw foundation which just hogs out cheekpiece
What barrel you running? If there isn’t a scope on rifle yet I’d wait on the brass weight for the cheekpiece because all that weight of scope will be rearward of your balance point.Iw foundation? I have a 26” straight hawk hill. And my scope is mounted it’s a vortex. I have a Sikes clutch milled into one side and no weights up front right now. I mounted a Area419 barricade stop right infront the magazine on my arca rail. I figured the balance point needed to be right infront of that point. Sounds like your balance point is perfectly centered on your bag to me, but different strokes for different folks.I have a 26” straight hawk hill. And my scope is mounted it’s a vortex. Thanks for the help/ advice I’m going to try it out how it is before I get to crazy then. ThanksSounds like your balance point is perfectly centered on your bag to me, but different strokes for different folks.
Who did the engraving?Well, I grabbed another MG2, for my work rifle build.... and JK and family knocked it out of the park. JK then recommended Sean Casey of DNA for a NV bridge install and it too came out flawlessly... his work is flat out impressive. You should really check out his laser etched stipple work he is doing now, it will be on my next one for sure... I will grab a few pics of this one with my other ones. I have whole stable of black ones now... View attachment 8113898View attachment 8113899View attachment 8113900View attachment 8113901View attachment 8113902

This may be crazy for some but this is how my mind works. I do accounting / excel for a living.typically how much do you guys weight the rifles down in the front? currently using a MG2 and its got the 360 brass weight arca rail.
What does all 22 weigh?Gor this for my centurion.

It's heavy!
about 4 pounds. I only put in 20 becuase the 2 closest holes were not big enough to fit them. Gun is about 24 lbs and perfectly ballanced. Easy to free recoil 6.5cm and below. What does all 22 weigh?
It’s all going to depend on how your gun is setup, barrel contour, length, scope etc.typically how much do you guys weight the rifles down in the front? currently using a MG2 and its got the 360 brass weight arca rail.
I run a 26” straight taper on a MG2 and I still have 8-10 brass weights in it to balance correctlyHave you guys that are doing front weight kits ever given thought to using a 1.25” straight taper barrel?
I run a 26” straight taper on a MG2 and I still have 8-10 brass weights in it to balance correctly
What’s pretty good? A lot of variables here like scope/mount weight. Like I stated above I want my gun to balance between 4”-5” in front of magwell it either does or I add or subtract weight until it does.
I've got the Tungsten kit in my MG2 as well. Kit weighs about 4.1lb. My rifle is about 23lb with an M24 contour barrel and balances very nicely.
