And I'm assuming you have some personal experience with Leupold that sway your opinion to believe this? +1 my Leupold works just fine for me. Don't even bother posting your "bad experience" here because frankly IDGAF and this isn't the place for it. So please take the bashing elsewhere.
I'm looking for an extension or direct number to its custom shop.

As an attempt to get the thread back on track, when I had work done by Leupolds Custom Shop I called 1-800-Leupold. I don't know if they have a direct number. My experience was excellent - great work, fast and a fair price.

yah i have had and been witness to multiple mk 4 failures as i tend to take care of my equipment my issue has been tracking, i love the leupold gurantee and have 4 for my hunting rifles but in this world i believe there is better gear to spend your money on.
i assure my low pay scale prevents me from being a mall ninja!
