Leupold Mark 6 IMS 34mm Mount

Well I can't find much out there, except the Leupold "spin" so any owners/operators? can comment on the mount?
Is this as good as a LaRue or ADM? sans the QD feature?

I use one (Mark 8 IMS) on my CQBSS, and it's a good mount. I wouldn't put it anywhere near what their MSRP pricing says it's worth, but stands right up there with my Nightforce Unimouint or Badger one piece mounts. The advantage it had and why I used it is its sleek profile to not block turrets, while giving me the additional forward cantilever necessary for a 1.1-8x on a AR15 that isn't found on other mounts.

Thanks, you're "bang on" with the MSRP comment. I've been comparing ADM,LaRue and the Spuhr mounts. I'm setting up a SIG 716 with the Leupold Mark 6 1X6 scope. Do you think it's worth $200?. I found one on the net, and bought it. I'm thinking at that price it's a good deal?

$200 is a great and fair price for one, and less than I paid for the Mark 8 on discount. You'll enjoy it there.

Thanks, it took a bit of searching, and I kinda found it by accident. The next closest price was $264, so at the $200 I jumped on it. BTW are the "torque" values the same for this mount as other standard mounts? I'm thinking 16inlbs for the rings and 65inlbs for the base?. BTW how was the weight?
