Rifle Scopes leupold mk 4 base and rings

can anyone tell me the torque specs of the mk4 base and rings

the only one i can find is the big nut on the side and thats 65

15 in lbs on rings and base screws, 65 in lbs on side nuts

man thats not much i dont even think my torque wrench goes that low

I'd feel ok going up to the low 20s on the rings...but no more than that.

Oh yea... I put loc tite 242 on the base but not the rings
