Got these as a gift and I am not a huge fan of the lens color (prefer smoke or grey).
Zero scratches, comes with everything pictured (case, cloth etc). They are polarized. These are essentially brand new ($190 retail)...I have worn them twice for a grand total of about 30 minutes and just couldn't get used to the color.
