Leupold Retractable Ballistic Chart for 30mm Rifle

Re: Leupold Retractable Ballistic Chart for 30mm Rifle

I have one but do not use it. I thought it would be a great little tool but it did not pan out. I still use a ballistic card most of the time, but keep it on for emergency only. It sits on a hunting gun now.

It's usefull but I do not find it practical. your mileage may very.

I put one on my work rifle - I've used it some, but honestly kinda forgot it's there. I put a shortened more basic info list on it compared to the range card. It works fine for a rapid deployment "grab your rifle only and go" when you may not have your other info/data logs/etc.

It's made of plastic with a metal tape coiled inside - won't withstand the next zombie attack, but it's cheap insurance to have always attached and it's come in handy while running/jogging/walking with labored breathing during fast moving stages on the range.

Get one and see if you like it....they are cheap.

I simply noted my come ups on a small circular piece of paper then I laminated it & stuck it inside my butler flip up cap.....so when I hit the red button to flip it open & automatically see what I should dial up for any given distance. Works great & was FREE!
