FYI they're running 5 weeks for normal service. I sent in an older optic for normal maintenance, the spotter I sent it previously was only about 2 weeks.

Kinda funny they are still saying their Custom Shop is " in the process of restructuring" after what, five to six years now?.......

Their custom shop is done and over with got it straight from their horse's mouth. They are doing contracts which are more important than civilian customization service. They simply don't have the manpower to keep up.

FYI normal maintenance/service request turnaround was 15 days not too bad.

I just sent in an old Mk4 to Leupold that I recently acquired for a "check-up", I'll give an update when it comes back.

I sent in an old vari-x ii and they mailed back a freedom scope rather than fix my old one.

Too bad about the custom shop.
