LF Parallax wheel for Arken EPL-4 6-24

Recently bought an Arken EPL-4 6-24 for my Ruger Precision Rimfire & love it so far. Bought an Anarchy Outdoors nylon throw lever and looking for a parallax wheel.
MK Machining has one listed but it's actually for an EP-4 (no L) and the I.D. is too large for the EPL. Trust me, I've ordered and returned it twice now!

Are there any other vendors producing such a thing for Arken scopes?
