Rifle Scopes Lightest 1-6x?

What features do you want in your light 1-6 scope? At what price? If weight is your only criteria I suggest you go to sites like SWFA.com and/or Bear Basin.com and/or MidwayUSA and look the weights up yourself.

Narrow your choices down to 2 or 3 models and then ask for input.....

I have looked up the weights before. The lightest illuminated reticle I've found is 14.6 (leupold vx6). Just wondering if I missed something.

Kahles 16i look no further. 16.9oz, not sure if its the lightest, but you wont find one with better optics and field of view. Also have some pretty sweet reticles.

Leupold MK6 weighs 17ozs. It's also about 2100FRNs.

I would have to go with the Kahles also.

That was the lightest 1-6 I found as well. FWIW

I have 2 MK 6's 1 a Mk 6 1-6X20 and except for the pinch to turn turrets it's a great scope. Light, excellent glass and tracking.

kahles or swarovski

 

[CSTactical]

Kahles or Swarvoski is the way to go unless your looking for exposed turrets the the Leupold MK6 1-6x.
