I don't believe you can buy an mws out of the box with the 20" barrel. I am pretty sure you have to buy a 16" and then get the barrel later.
As far as the 20" SS model, I am getting great results using my handloads.
500yd 5 round group with 178 amax, yes there is really 5 rounds there:
650 yd 5 round groups with my handloads:

The MWS with the 16" CL that I have is good for 3/4moa with Black Hills 175gr. I think it may do a bit better once I get used to the system, as I am relatively new to the 7.62 AR platform(this is my first).

Don't know about the MWS but I was at the range with a guy shooting the REPR and he was 'only' getting about 1 1/2- 1 3/4' 5 shot groups at 100yds. Then he started shooting at 550 yards and was shooting 6-7" groups. He just laughed and said "I can't shoot groups at 100yds." I was impressed. Very nice gun.

I know a lot of people discount 5 round groups as an indicator of accuracy, but I prefer shooting mulitiple 5 round groups over time to establish a baseline at long distances and 10 round groups at 100yds. I just wanted to throw that out so that people knew why I shoot the 5 round groups.
Anyway another 5 rounds out of my SS 20" today at 500yds:
