I've tried contacting Lone Peak directly without success. I don't know if they are closed for the holidays or what .

Do any Hide vendors carry them or do I need to order direct from Lone Peak?

Talk to TS and find out. I can't say I've bought just actions from them. Preece Precision may be another one to try.

Had my latest TSC build at the range a week or 2 ago. 10 shot group was 0.6 MOA at 100 yards with factory ammo. Not bad for a Ti/Ca magnum...at least for me, haha.

Well after a few email exchanges with TS customs Ime going to send them a barrel as soon as I decide between a impact or a loan peak. I have a impact and it is slick, just thinking of trying a loan peak. Anyone out there with both? If so which do you prefer.

I have both, and I honestly don’t think you can go wrong with either. The finishes on mine make them feel different, but both are plenty smooth.

I had a lengthy conversation with Travis at TS Customs and he seems like one of the go to guys for building a hunting rifle on a Lone Peak, made my decision very easy. There's more than a few builders I've spoken to who are completely out of touch with the needs and wants of a western hunter , when I ask their opinion on what I want they try to steer me into a 22 lb 6mm comp gun .
