Long Gun Training LLC is a precision and long range rifle marksmanship training company based out of Western New York. Great Class

Just attended Curt's External Ballistics class. Curt is a very good instructor, there was a ton of information covered in the class, and the information was presented in a clear organized manner. The 5 hours were gone without a single peek at the clock which says a lot as I don't sit still well.

If you are interested in what that bullet is doing once it leaves the barrel - this is a great course for you.

Curt also demonstrated some of the ballistic software programs currently in use from expensive software/hardware to a an iPhone app. - These were displayed clearly on the front screen so everyone could follow.

Afterward, he fielded questions and made recommendations for equipment.

Long Gun Training has added a new private range for use during training and competitions. Located between Watkins Glen and Elmira in New York State we will be offering <acronym title="Google Page Ranking">PR</acronym> 102 and angle uphill/downhill advanced classes. The range allows targets out past 1000 yards. Also firing angles of 30 degrees into targets out to 500-600 yards. We will be announcing new courses on the web site calendar once our target placement field testing and safety checks are complete.

The PR 102 class scheduled for June 22-23 will be held at this location.

Long Gun Training updated our schedule, added a PR 101 course June 8-9 located in Van Etten NY. Private instruction is also available, also for any agencies requesting a capabilities brief please contact us through the web site. We are and plan to continue monthly course offerings working on several different venues.
