Gunsmithing Looking for a smith to replace bolt handle

I have a Remington 700 that the bolt handle popped off. Any leads on a smith that does this type of work?
Also do you/ they need the entire rifle or just the bolt and handle?

+1 on Nate. Like bugholes said, send in the receiver so he can time the bolt and handle to the receiver.
