60 degree bolt throw
223, 308, magnum bolt face options
CRF
AW mags

Well, it's going to have to have three or more lugs to be "60-degree" bolt throw and when it comes to bolt-action rifles/manufacturers that list is pretty short. Off the top of my head there are Browning A-Bolts and X-Bolts (60-degree) and Weatherby Mark Vs (59-degree) and Armalite AR-50s. None of which are going to meet all of your other "requirements". But with the Brownings and Weatherby you'll get kick-ass box magazines "internal" to the rifle/stock and dead-nuts reliable and way sub-MOA out of the box accuracy/precision (my almost 25 year-old A-Bolt Stainless Stalker in .30-06 delivered a 1.075" 100-yard group with a 1' wide "called flyer" last week at 100 yards shooting "plain" 110-grain Hornady V-Max reloads with zero "load development" and the other 4 rounds going into "one ragged hole" with a "high-end" Leupold Rifleman 4-12x40 on top) and probably as light and compact of a rifle as you care to shoot "high-volume" since my A-Bolt with a 20" barrel weighs 6 lbs. 12 oz. "naked" and is the only rifle that ever makes me "flinch" when firing even though I should be used to it after many hundreds of rounds and deer and coyotes and prairie dogs and almost 25 years shooting it.
I suppose its possible to do a "conversion" on one to get the "AW mag" compatibility but from what little I've seen/heard about AW magazines, I don't know why anybody would want them. Sounds like they're kind of "one size fits all" deals and that doesn't work all that well with tapered, bottleneck rifle cartridges and particularly short-action cartridges which are always much more finicky about feeding due to the sharper angle shorter cartridges have coming off the "stack" and making the "jump" up into the chamber/barrel. High-quality magazines in well-designed and properly engineered rifles will be "proprietary" to each individual cartridge as far as the angles and shapes of the box, follower, lips, etc. Go buy complete box magazines made like that or the parts for an internal magazine such as in a 700 ADL and you'll find the parts are cartridge-specific. You'll also struggle getting even high-quality, cartridge-specific magazines to "load" cartridges much longer than the "official" COL even if they "fit" in the magazine.
There's actually an amazing and large amount of "figuring" that goes into properly designing and manufacturing a rifle that works properly with allf factory ammo and reloads that are official COL or shorter and regardless of how much of a "ram-jammer" the guy on the end of the bolt is, how dry or "dirty" the parts are, how old and "weak" the magazine spring is, how heavy the cartridges are etc etc etc. One size fits all never means one size feeds all and there's a reason there are PILES of aftermarket or custom rifle actions and damned few manufacturers that actually "build" 100% "proprietary" rifles FROM their "actions" and stand behind them like "major manufacturers" do their mass-produced rifles that may not be friendly to certain popular magazines or other Brand X pieces and parts but seem pretty damned bulletproof with the guts they come with.
And when they don't come with "high-capacity" magazines from the factory, its almost like their manufacturer's figure the purpose of a RIFLE is to hit "targets" one a "one bullet per target" basis in "sport shooting" situations and clearly they believe their products are capable of even a beginning shooter of hitting something with what's onboard to begin with. They probably also figure that 3 or 4 or 5 rounds total are about all a centerfire rifle should be shot "rapid fire" before getting a little cooldown time for the rifle and time to regroup for the shooter who sends 3 or 4 or 5 centerfire high-powered rifle cartridges downrange in a hurry and is still shooting. Plus even really, really dumb "critters" usually aren't going to hang around that long. Even if they're still standing there after 1 shot they'll probably turn or otherwise move to look at whatever went "THUMP!" nearby as long as the miss was close enough for them TO hear it.
Most of the "major manufacturers" with "high-capacity" bolt-action rifles that take "big" magazines DON'T have the best reputations for building accurate and precise "sporting rifles" of the repeater variety going back over the last several decades. They do sometimes have reputations for building high-capacity repeating rifles with short barrel life, though. Again going back several decades. Coincidence? If a rifle and shooter and ammunition are up to the task at hand and deliver "acceptable" accuracy and precision at a "normal" range, there really shouldn't be much need to shoot twice. If there is, one or more parts of the "system" just can't cut it and the "solution" isn't to keep shooting until a "hit" is finally "scored". The "solution" is to get closer until first-round "hits" are a given and then see where on the target those "hits" actually land and figure out what or who is dropping the ball from there.
