Looking for help finding a lightweight Bipod and muzzle break

So I just picked up a Sig Cross in 6.5 and I want to keep the weight down and the rifle as sleek and snag free as much as possible.

In terms of a bipod, I was looking at the magpul because of the low weight and that it direct attaches to the mlok rail, I know alot of you guys dislike the magpul but I'm not really going to be shooting long range too often with this rifle, I originally was not even considering a bipod. Are there better, lighter, smaller/snagfree bipods?

Also for a muzzle break I'm looking for the shortest and lightest brake possible, threads are the standard 5/8 – 24

I have a tier one tactical that's pretty light weight and very solid. It's not cheap, but they are really well made. You can get them in an m-lock direct mount or a pic rail mount I believe. Carbon fiber legs and solid lock up. I would get the pod lock too though, just a lot easier with it. Anyway, that's my rec for a light weight bi-pod. I saw one on the PX. Yesterday actually, which was the first time I'd seen that bi-pod on there. They are an English company but have USA store too. They make very high quality precision machined gear.

They don't seem to have a direct mlok adapter unfortunately, price is probably more than I'd want since it'll probably be over $600 cad by the time I get it into Canada lol

I could have sworn they did but haven't looked in a while. You could offer the guy who has one on here? Anyway, my experience with bi-pods is that it's best to just buy what you want being with, instead of trying cheap junk, then buying what you want... maybe that's me though...

I’m running a Magpul on one of my rifles, if your occasionally going to shoot off of a bipod it should work good for you. If your going to spend a lot of time prone with a bipod I’d go Atlas or Harris.
