Hey there guys. Just picked this rifle up from a buddy at work. His dad used it with the local PD's swat team here. My question: I have never heard of Kahles before but research from the web says theyre pretty decent. I cannot for the life of me find any info on this reticle either. Can anyone help with a value or quality rating here?

Thanks alot!

Looks like my ZF84. Steel tube, great glass. Nice. Not familiar with that reticle, though. The adjustments are most likely 1cm @ 100 meters, or about 1/3 MOA. Kind of a pain, but workable once you get used to it. I took the stop pin out of my windage knob to get more windage adjustment, IIRC.

It is a ZF 84 And it has a non centering Reticule. They are either 6X or 10X fixed (with yours being a 10X). The reticule it self is a bracketing type were you work it till the shoulders fit between the lines. This would tell you your range. The dial is a bullet drop compensator. If i had to guess it most likely for a 168 moving at 2600 fps, you can also get cams (at the time they were plentiful) for Ball and even a blank cam. Tube is 1 inch and my favorite rings are PRI's they have never let me down. There value runs between $500 and $800 (IMHO). If you like I have a user manual I could copy and e mail to you. It's not as detailed as it should be but it may help. There great optics and I wish I had a couple of 6X's with the mil dot that would make me very happy. Back when they were plentiful I could Buy them for $680 I guess I should have bought a few more.

Here is an old review (not mine)
Kahles ZF-95 Tactical Rifle Scope

Enjoy it cause you won't come across another. I am always on the hunt for them.

That is the 111 reticle. Fairly rare. It was developed for the U.S. Military. I like mine.
