A couple days ago I looked at a ~2 year old post (?) regarding fundamentals of shooting prone, that also had a video of Frank shooting a .338 LM if I remember correctly. I attempted to follow the recommendations of body position, 3 finger grip on the buttstock etc., and was "occasionally" able to spot my hits/misses with unbraked 7mmRM & 300 WM @ 400 yards (nirvana). I had moments of success, but believe I was tensing up/resuming poor fundamentals when the crosshairs ended up high left after the shot.
If someones search function is working better than mine this am, could you repost a link to the thread, as I still have LOTS of work to do. Or Post what I'm doing wrong/may be doing wrong, and I'll add it to my notes. THanks!
