Just rattling the bushes from northern Canada. I presently have a Sako 85 300 Bavarian and Sako 85 308 Finnlite. I am looking to purchase a new 30/06 or 7mm. Looking foe personal opinions on whether to consider a new Seekins, Bergara Preimer or Browning X Bolt Pro all of which I do not presently own or have shot. Will be using it for moose hunting out to 300 yards max! Open to suggestions.

I've got a new Bergara Premier Approach in 7mm Remington Magnum. In the 35 rounds I've put through it during load development so far, it has produced (4) groups 3/4" or better.
Unfortunately, it is having ignition issues with CCI 250 primers...which is all I have. A buddy traded me 100 of his Federal 215Ms so I can try those after I disassemble the bolt and give the pin and spring a good look over.
My buddy just got a lemon B14 from Bergara...they've had it for almost three months now after it failed to shoot less than 3 MOA with any factory ammo. After failing to get it to shoot three separate range trips, Bergara admitted to the issue and is having it rebarreled. When my buddy will ever get it back is unknown.

Wow! That Sucks! Thank you very much for the heads up /nfo. Maybe just head towards the new Browning X Bolt Pro.
Are you wanting to try a different brand rifle? I have two Sako rifles. Both older then I am and shoot very well. I bought a browning hells canyon long range mcmillan. Fit and finish is really nice. Haven't shot it it yet so can't comment on accuracy. I really wish I picked up a sako finn bear (special run) in 30-06 when Europtic was blowing them out. Feel like I should own a 30-06 as its such a legendary caliber.
