Gunsmithing Looking for quick turn around gunsmith work

I posted in the WTT/WTB section, but I figured I would try here also. I have a TRG42 in 300wm that I would like the factory barrel rethreaded 5/8x24 for FTE brake and can. Would also like barreled action duracoated if possible, if not thats ok. Would like a 2 week turn around. I will send only the barreled action.

Try LA Precision Rifles. I don't know about turn around but he does great looking work and a helluva nice guy.

You can have cheap, fast, and good. BUT you may only pick two of those three choices. If you want it cheap and fast it wont be good, if you want it fast and good it wont be cheap, if you want it good and cheap its not going to be fast.

+1 for Mark, did my brake, cerakote and trigger job just less than two weeks and it should be coming home next week. Nice guy too

Also check out APA (American Precision Arms) they finished my build in 30 days.

Another vote for Short Action Rifles. Mark had my rifle cut and threaded and back to me in less than 2 weeks. Great guy to deal with also.

Regarding the cheap, fast and good rule. Yes there are exceptions and simple thread and paint job would probably apply. But for the most part this rule is very true. I have learned my lessons here. When building rifles or serious work on them It's best to be patient.
