Looking for Top Gunsmith for Piston and Billet AR?

Im looking to have a Top of the Line 300Blk Piston AR built with either Mega or Spikes Billet Set.
I want to find one of the Very Best AR Gunsmiths to Build this Custom Weapon, Regardless of Cost.
I Truly Appreciate any Recommendations!!

I'm not sure how much benefit you expect to gain from running billet or a piston, especially with the .300 BLK, but you don't need a gunsmith. You can do it yourself fairly easily. If it were me, I'd avoid billet like the plague as well as the piston system and simply pick up a Noveske upper or even the AAC.

Hey guys long time leacher, 1st time caller,,

i have a few dollars to spend but i cant realy find what im looking for..

i would like to get a gas piston ar style 300 blk. im realy not up to speed on the builders but i would like some help. aperantly i have looked at the one on the market but not happy so i desided i would like to have one built.

I do have a few extra dollars as previously stated but i would realy want my moneys worth out of the platform. so let me start with this and posibly you can help me fill in the blanks with a good builder.

gas piston
300 blk,
free floating barrel
bull barrel
flash hider / threaded for can..............

these are the things im looking for and would really appreciate and assistance in this so i can get the ball rolling on a build

What is the intended purpose of the gun?

Why a piston setup? Why billet?

Need more info to give you a reasonable recommendation.

Yea some individuals are not helpful and I guess just enjoy being a**holes.
But I do Appreciate the few responses and Advice.
Redirt78 I will call Seekins as-well.
I have a Noveske and I also have a LWRC.
I would Like to have a Piston/Billet Custom AR Built in 300Blk that will perform as well or better than my others.
I do not have the time or the skill as a competitive AR Builder.
I have the funds I would like to find one of the best Gunsmith/Builders to build this Custom Weapon for me.
If anyone has some useful Recommendations it would be Appreciated!!

If you can wait until after SHOT Show we have a really nice 300 Blackout rifle being put together with the collaboration between several vendors. It will have several new to the market items on the rifle that should make it a very unique package. It will be as short and very quiet!

Leo: Respectfully, ARs are not rocket science. Buy some nice components, billet is fine if you like the looks ( I have a Seekins lower and a few Seekins uppers to go with it ). If you don't want to mess with putting it together yourself no big deal, but you don't really need to seek out the ultimate AR builder ( we are not building Formula 1 engines here ). Rainier Arms assembles lowers for $25 and uppers for $100, and I promise you would be just as happy with their work as anybody's. $125 is reasonable, and may be cheaper than buying a quality torque wrench, vice, AR vice inserts, etc. The biggest downside in someone else building it is you miss out on the knowledge gained and pride in doing it yourself. That knowledge can come in handy if you need to repair or replace things.

If you truly want a piston gun i would only buy a PWS The way they engineered their piston setup is quite different from everyone else and if i was into piston systems theirs would be the only one i would be interested in using.

I was considering a PWS because of the Long Stroke(AK Style Piston System).
Honestly I would like to have the PWS Piston System in a Custom Built Weapon.
Also I know I could build the Weapon myself But I do not have the time and I have the funds. Im also sure John Holliger and some of the other smiths/builders mentioned who build precision weapons daily would build a more accurate and overall better Firearm than I could who is working 10-12hr days and who could not put the precision and time needed to build the Custom Firearm that I would want.

Why don't you just call PWS and have it custom build you something. I am sure they will say yes, as you "have the funds" Just give PWS an offer that it cannot refuse.

i don't know who you could talk to im sure their a good builder mentioned, i build my own stuff its very easy to put a adjustable gas block and piston set up on a AR, actually a AR is a simple gun a monkey can work on it. but it does take a fine touch to make one run like a typewriter.
