Looking to Build a Rifle

I'm looking at putting together a remington 700. I'm not sure how to go about this. What parts will I need to get to put it together fully. Such as action, chassi, etc. Thanks

Long Range hunting mostly.

Well that narrows it down. Hunting...prairie dogs, deer, elk, steel???? Need to know if you reload or buy factory, what you plan on shooting, what your max estimated ranges are, your budget etc etc etc All of this will help on direction.

Hunting for deer max distance would probably be 600. Budget would be around 1500. Only use factory ammo for now.
