Low profile piston system mod kit?

Does anyone know of a company(ies) that produce a low profile piston modification kit. I have a CMMG upper and barrel with a low profile gas block and have built everything around this, and would like to move it to a piston system. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide!

Oeprey Defense. . I have one and love it. I went with a Seekins MCSR V2 rail system and the feels great and looks awesome, majnly because uts entirely hidden.
