So I wanted a switch view but didn't want to spend $60 so I spent some time looking for options and this is what I came up with.
These are plastic plumbing pipe ratchet clamps that are sold in different diameters, Measure your scope and pick up the size that will fit.
If you get it a little large you can cut the top and bottom tabs so it fits tight, or get one a little smaller and they will still work just fine.
They pinch together to lock in tight and slide apart if you want to take it off and can be reused.
I picked them up at my local Coast to Coast and just finished a two day field precision shooting match in pouring rain and it worked awesome without coming loose carrying my rifle slung for both days and the ease of thumbing over the zoom ring or using my index finger to turn it back worked great.
Would a real switch view work better....probably but for $3 this works great !
