Emergency Iron Sight Sets - Issued/Surplus - $250 shipped each (ALL SOLD)
These are issued/surplus backup sets designed for the AW. May also fit L96/AWM/etc. They are cut for the the AI dovetail, not picatinny rails. These have a gray parkerized finish whereas normally the sights are blued for commercial sales, and were serialized for their particular rifle when issued. Both sets also come with the hard to find DPM camo carrying pouches.

These mounts are straight from the '90s and were used on the L96/AW before AI switched to the 3 screw style mounts likely when the larger L17 scope was introduced. These mounts were also likely used by the Irish Defense Forces. They are cut for the 11mm AI dovetail, not picatinny, and have no MOA taper to them. Height from the bottom of the rings to top of the rail is .565". One is still in the packaging and features the part number "AI15-3479-A2" and has a UPC tag labeled AW 24. The other mount does not have any packaging but is identical. Both are in brand new condition and don't appear to have ever been used.

Story is practically the same as the untapered mounts, except this one is 0.845" from the top of the rail to the bottom of the rings, uses two screws per ring, and has a 24MOA taper with directional arrow laser engraved.
