Seekins Precision 20 moa base is the lowest I know of, .290" at the front, and .450" at the rear. Warne and Nightforce, are also fairly low, but I don't have measurements on those. Bob

I had this same question a while back and if I remember correctly, the Warne was the lowest mount. Use the Sniper's Hide search and I'll bet you can dig up the old posts and some listed heights.
