LRA Bipods: Why are they so hard to find?

Only seeing the Chinese knock-offs on eBay when I search the web. Anyone know if they even produce authentic LRA bipods anymore?

I have always wanted one for my .338, since I only shoot that at distance, I think the LRA would make a great dedicated bipod for that rifle.

I had to buy mine used bc of limited supply but it was in like new condition when I got it. Worth every penny.

I run it on my 338LM Imp. 32lb gun, 109 grains Rel33 pushing a 300 grain Berger. Haven't broke it yet.

I have read that the knock offs come with polymer feet not rubber. Is this the case for your bipod?

Yes, that is why I asked because it states "Dave WAS inspired" but then says "Long Range Accuracy succeeding in completing"....
Also, pretty much brand new instagram page and the instagram page is clearly trying to get the 2019 manufacturing point across.

My knock off feet are rubber, but the bolts and parts are not the same as the original

I originally wanted the F-class bipod from LRA but couldn't find them anywhere so I went with Accutac. If LRA are still in business, maybe it's another place for me to sink money into... lol

The F-class is still my favorite bipod! The only thing close that I've found is the new Cadex Falcon bipod.

LRA bipods is under new ownership now. The new owners are looking to address the previous long lead times so hopefully you will see these more readily available soon.
