Custom LRI built K&P barrel.

Stainless Steel, .308 Winchester, 1/11 twist.

Was ordered at 18” but came out a bit shorter (see Pics).

Ordered an M24 contour, but it is more like an MTU - 1.225” and Tapers to 1.025”@muzzle

Taken off from a new, trued R700 action. Under 25 rounds were fired through it.

Selling because I rebarrled. This Barrel shoots great.

Barrel length from boltface looks like it would be almost exactly 18” ?

I still have the bolt from the action that the barrel was built with so I can take another measurement picture with the bolt.

Uninstalled, it appears a hair shorter than 18" so I was trying to describe it as accurately as possible to avoid any surprises for whoever buys it.

Stock thread size or oversized thread?

Good question and honestly, I don't know.
Not sure if LRI oversizes the threads when they blueprint the R700 actions.

I don't have a stripped receiver to try to screw it in so if you have a way I can check for you just let me know.

If you have a set of calipers just measure across the threads it should be 1.060ish. If it is 1.07x or more they resized the thread.

Not sure if this is what you meant. Getting 1.08+ on the threads.
