So I as well as many lost my lens cap off my LS64 within hours of field use, so I came up with an alternative lens cap more to my liking
I picked up a Butler Creek 03 Blizzard for 35.56-37.84 lens OD a little super glue gel around the reses on the lens of the FLIR and we are good to go, the lens cap has a clear lens that has no bearing as the FLIR will not see through it but it does reses the lens back far enough so I don’t to worry when it gets tossed on the dash board of the truck
