Rifle Scopes Lupey M4 Quest?

A guy locally is selling a M4 and said id has 1" adjustments. That would be 5" @ 500. I didn't even know they made it with 1" adjustments. Do you think he may just have made a mistake and meant it had 1/2" adjustments???

if you mean 1 MOA adjustments then it is a Mk4 M3
