LWRCI Shares Offer Rescinded

i thought i would make this a separate post as most people might not see it.

after some research and new info this stock share thingy has gotten into the difficult to impossible to pull off, far too many strings attached that i was not aware of at the time.

thanks for looking, it was a good idea that fell flat due to circumstances faaaaaar beyond my pay grade.

(Psssstt !! BTW, no flaming or smart ass remarks, i have suffered enough

Shocker!! FYI, anyone with even a cursory knowledge of securities law, particular as concerns the transfer of privately held securities to someone other than an insider, could have told you this would never fly. </div></div>

this particular stock is different than what you refer to as "privately held securities", trust me this thing is so fucked up it is totally unbelievable, SUPPOSEDLY, by this time next year it is all going to come to a head and the current share holders will be informed as to how the share thingy will be worked out and finalized.
