Yes. I've had mine about a year and can't imagine brass prep without it. Plus you can find them on sale for a pretty good deal.

Absolutely yes!!!!!

The one thing I hate about reloading is brass prep (primer pocket prep and case trimming). I hated manually removing crimp and carbon in the primer pockets. If you do it by hand now, get the Lyman and you'll wonder how you went without it for so long. Now, I need to get a power trimmer. I have the Lee Quick trim. I'm looking at the Dillon 1200 or the world's finest trimmer.

I enjoy all other aspects of reloading!

Makes brass prep as painless as possible. Removing case lube and chamfering case mouths is by far my least favorite thing to do. Itll keep you from getting carpal tunnel.

Buy a Giraud Trimmer, it will trim and chamfer a case every 3 seconds, everything else can be done with a cordless drill.
