M-24 Refurb Contact?

Is there anyone here who is in the process of ordering one of the M-24 Refurbs? Or has received one? I am a Category 1 purchaser who sent in my paperwork a few weeks ago and never got an acknowledgment of recipt. I sent several e-mails last week and still no answer at all. And finally I tried to call customer service and both people I talked to didn't really know alot about the program and were unable to connect me to anyone else.

If anyone has a sollid contact at Remington Defense could you please let me know. Thanks.

Damn, I was hoping someone had a contact, another few phone calls and no info. I am starting to wonder if Remington is actually selling the refurbs, NO ONE that I can get ahold of knows anything.

Just talked to "Andrew" at Remington and he said that they had a lot of Cat one orders and they only have a couple of folks going through the order forms. That's why its taken a while to hear anything. He said that Cat 2 was supposed to open on 01 July, but if they had a lot of Sniper Grads wanting them, it might be a little before they open it up to the next Catagory.

I finally received an e-mail from Remington today. They are processing the CAT 1 buyers now. It sounds like they were busier than anticipated. But the good news is that someone there is actually selling these things.
