Good evening gentlemen, I thought I would share a few pics of a mount I got today. My first impression is VERY good. It replaces your rear site, and fits like a glove in the rear site base. It has a peep hole in it that is perfect as a back up with your front site. It literally installs in under a minute and is rock solid. It's from a Canadian company called M14.ca. They have other mounts and a hell of a nice M14 stock as well. This one is called the RD, it's made from anodized 7075 aluminum, and it was $102 shipped to me in OH. They even included a full set of extra bolts for it. I also slipped on a full size scope in a quick detach Bobro mount, and it still felt rock solid. I have not zeroed and fired it as mounted yet, but excluding that, I am very pleased with everything about this mount.
