Magazine capacity???

I have a TRG 22, .308 with factory 10 round DBM. I also have an aftermarket Dark Eagle 10 rd magazine for my Savage 12 LRP, 6.5CM. Neither with function with 10 rounds loaded. They are so tight to get the first 2 rounds chambered, 8 rounds works great. Any thoughts or ideas

I have been able to use my TRG mags with 10 rounds with no issues. Are the magazines clean and well lubricated? Also, are your rounds clean? Brass in good shape etc?

yes, new brass, almost new mag. It was this way when I received the rifle new. Ican't even force the 10th rd in.
