I am very impressed by Magnetospeeds customer service experience I just had. I was having trouble with the retractable cable not holding open so i fired off an email about the issue. No problem, they will send a replacement...

they sent 2!!!

I had an issue with mine and they went above and beyond with my system. I couldn't get it to work with my rifle and they even refunded my payment! It's unfortunate it wouldn't work with my rifle (short, limited mounting space) however their customer service is top notch.

I have dealt with them a few times and they are excellent!!! I also find that the magnetospeed is extremely accurate. Used to get numbers and then shoot at long range and adjust MV based on scope setting. Not with magnetospeed, they seem to be right on!!!
