I've gotten mine to work with a tbac ultra 7. I just took the rubber v blocks out, and strapped it on. Works fine. Never gotten an error. My buddy has the v3 and personally I don't see the need for the v3.. For my uses. I only use it for load development to check velocity, and also check velocity before a match when confirming zero if the temperature is much hotter or colder than when I worked the load up. I have a pen and paper and just write my numbers down when they display or scroll through them. Yeah it takes time but I'm sitting there with nothing to do for ten minutes at a time while the barrel cools so why not. The sporter gives me es, SD, avg, hi, lo, and velocity of each round shot. I shoot a few rounds, clear it out after recording, and repeat. Then again I'm pretty sure others have valid reasons for using a v3.. I just don't personally see the need for what I'm doing so none of you assholes jump on me!
