Magpul parts for H&K 416 22lr. ?

Does anyone know if the magpul forend/handguard will fit on the Umarex H&K 416 22lr. ?

also what about the m4 ops colt umarex or the m&P 15-22? Or even the CMMG Quebec 22.?

It won't fit the 15-22, since there is no delta ring or retainer for it. Looking at it I'd imagine the same issue with the 416 replica.
