Agreed. I need to get a DT PR to try.I wish it was about an inch shorter LOP.
It’s all gonna depend on the individual and their body size and preference. It’s usable for me in most circumstances, but a little more adjustability would be nice.LOP hasn’t been an issue for me. There’s enough “railestate” on top of the upper to allow me to move the scope around to accommodate appropriate eye relief. And, I’m not shooting in armor.
That B5 does look nice. How much are you into it in total?I have several of the Magpul PRS Light Stocks which I really do enjoy but I find their adjustments to be a PITA when you're trying to adjust on the fly, and as mentioned above it would be a perfect budget option if it had a shorter minimum LOP of 12.5"-13"

I've found the B5 Precision Socks to accomplish 99% of what I need out of a precision based adjustable stock, but the price of admission is almost double. I run Dark Hour 13 position A5 Receiver Extension on both small and large frame for ultra fine LOP.

My only complaint with the B5 Precision is it doesn't have any built in Comb, I've since found the solution courtesy of XLR.
To make it compatible you'll have ro visit your local Hardware Store and pick up some 1" Head Cap Screws with the proper thread to accommodate the M lock Attachments Nuts.

That's where mine came from..cheapest price ..got here yesterday........3 fucking months after I ordered it. Never again.Dak is terrible, buyer beware.
They are a drop shipper so that’s par for the course. That's where mine came from..cheapest price ..got here yesterday........3 fucking months after I ordered it. Never again.
There's something else going on with Dak, drop shipping doesn't take months. I ordered from Kygunco, it shipped from Brownells and took about 10 days, a little longer than if I ordered from Brownells directly. Dak, on the other hand, won't even talk to you for 30 days and when you start complaining they mysteriously ship the next day. That's where mine came from..cheapest price ..got here yesterday........3 fucking months after I ordered it. Never again.

Mine is further back and I’d love it to be where yours is.
ETA: looks like yours is the “long version”

I have one and really like it. It does have a small amount of wiggle but very minimal. Doesn’t bother me at all. Much lighter than the prs.Agreed. I need to get a DT PR to try.
Nice. The MOE PR is not great, so I’ll need to pick one up.I have one and really like it. It does have a small amount of wiggle but very minimal. Doesn’t bother me at all. Much lighter than the prs.
My LOP is 13.5 on all my stuff, so that's badass.Yes, I think people read the online description and buy the medium for fear they wont have enough room for the charging handle.
I always buy the long version and use a Dark Hour 13 position A5 Receiver Extension. Having the capability to precisely adjust my LOP is a outstanding feature.

My LOP is 13.5" so to set my rifles up I lock the Charging Handle to the rear and set my LOP so I have 1/4" gap between the charging handle and cheak riser, this allows me to lock the BCG to the without issue.
This pits my LOP exactly at 13" and any further adjustments can be made with the LOP thumb wheel adjuster. Over time I've found this set up to fit just about anyone.

You can’t tell us here? I’m curious too. It's easy to take the wiggle out, PM me if you want to know more.

How well does that bag rider work? Is there enough there that it makes a difference?Lightly buffer the inside of the stock with some 150 Grit Sandpaper them clean with a Contact Cleaner, 99% isopropyl alcohol or Carb Cleaner.

The carbine, CTR.On the carbine stock or the B5 Precision?
The carbine, CTR.
Got a link? Not familiar with that specific product.A LimbSaver pad on the DT PR feels much better than the Magpul pad.
