Need some help, I am wanting to swap out my SOPMOD Stock on my MWS 308 to the PRS Stock. My question is will I need a different buffer and spring, if so which one? I am running it Unsuppressed.

I replaced my SOPMOD stock on my LMT MWS and yes I needed an A2 receiver extension, buffer and spring.
Me also. I used a Slash's heavy buffer and spring. Works fine. The rifle is already heavy so a few more ounces don't make much difference...
The receiver extension (tube) on the LMT MWS is to short in order to install the PRS and must be replaced with an A2 receiver extension.
Great! I just dropped my rifle off last week for Cerakote. Guess I'll get them to coat the tube when I get it.
You'll need an A-2 extension but someone makes an aluminum plug with o-ring that you drop in the A2 tube and that allows you to run a carbine spring and buffer. The net result is less buffer spring binding and increased reliability. Larue did this with my OBR after some issues on the first gen OBRs.
