Maine illegally keeping gun owners under surveillance...

I wonder what other states are keeping lists and using illegal tracking and surveillance methods against their citizens?

Interesting that a state police officer filed the whistleblower complaint... and was demoted for opposing the practices being alleged.

You know... this is the sort of thing that gets your tea thrown in the harbor and a one by land, two by sea kind of kickoff started....

Really can't wait for 7/04/2020.
Ready to celebrate how "free" we are...

Uncle has been doing this for 20+ years all over this country. Then with cell records, can tell who shoots with who in real time. Easy to tell who's training in all weather an night. Hence why many venues,... Demand,... cells to be left at home when shooting/training. However with the new generation of RFID chips in ones DL or CC,...it's a brave new world. Tin/aluminum foil is your friend, or the Guuci RFID wallets. Tattle-tail rides are not allowed in some places as well.

With all due respect, this has been going on for a very long time and people have been making your final comment for a very long time yet nothing ever gets done about it. The illegality of programs within government has only grown.

We don't throw tea into harbors anymore...the new freedom fighters are hairdressers and restaurateurs. So now we have to throw hair clippings and mashed potatoes in the harbor. :) I say eff it, lets just throw the politicians into the harbor. ;)

Mills is bad news.

Was up in Maine yesterday. Ogunquit.........with my wife. She is XX and I am XY.

Sure the weather made it a gray, raw, Memorial Day but Mills made sure it was just gray and socialist like.

Restaurants closed or take out only, No "Non Active" beach use - meaning you better be walking or swimming or LEO will tell you to move along. Hardly any traffic on what is typically the kick off to their very important tourism industry.

LePage was great. The Communists fought him at every turn. He was putting out the message that he intends to come back to engage in Maine politics again.

I think people will be happy to see him.....unless they are state dependants/slaves.

How do they tell when you are shooting?

A lot of the people they would be worried about shoot on private land or public land far from other people

With all due respect, if we are living in fear, by doing things you suggest, then we’ve already lost and the time to fight has long passed by. I would not associate a society that has to jump through hoops as one that is indicative of being free. Just saying. Of course, I’ve been saying since I was 16, now in my 30’s, that we are living under the illusion of being a free society. We aren’t really free. Think about everything you have to do and have certs, licenses, pay taxes for and so on a daily basis. We are certainly able to act more freely than other countries but it’s still an illusion overall.

To throw hair, potatoes and politicians in the bay, Is it PC again to dress in Redface Mohawk Indian when I revolt ?

You really want to ruffle some feathers to the point that the surveillance is obvious? Go buy like 10 glocks in the same day at different dealers and then watch what happens around you lol.

You get turned in for buying two handguns at a time or 5 rifles.

Not sure about shotguns.

It's been a new world with the advent of "I got's to have a cell phone". Then add tattle tail rides, TV's, Frigs an many other household devices, plus RFID chips in most everything,... an you have big brother watching you 24/7. Did you know if you have a smart power meter it tattles as well. The only way is to be off grid, with no cool everyday living shit. Most People will take the easy way out every time an they have brought this on their selfs. Sadly everyone else as well.
As far as your phone an shooting, thinking your alone, laughing,.... You want to keep a little sanity an freedom,...shed those fucking phones.

Notification goes to atf and the sheriff on multiple handguns within 5 days. If you go to different FFL's the FFL wouldn't know to report it. If you use a weapons permit to purchase, fbi is not even being contacted for background. FYI, serial # is included on this form.

Multiple rifle is just in the States bordering Mex.

Bread crumbs come in all flavors,...
Many people worry about being on a list,... some people knew about select lists when standing up. Some lists are worn like badges of honor. Does being on a list mean anything in reality, yes & no, depending your frame of mind,...an what you are truly about. Remember those on lists might have one as well,...

Quite confident I'm on several list. Doesn't concern me as the alphabet agencies won't be able to operate once we implode. You think teenagers whine when you take away their phones? Wait until XYZ can't access electronically stored info.

I promise you, we are all on a list lol. The goal is to not draw attention to yourself on the list. Of course this goes back to the free living thing. Should you have to worry about being on a list or drawing attention to oneself if you are doing something legal? Again, are we really free? I guess it depends on what the king decides to enforce from one day to the next. Once you really start looking at how the modern world works, you will feel anything but free.

Frankly, the gov knows all kinds of shit about me so I could really care less about being on a list. The problem is not the list, it’s when they decide whoever is on the list is a problem. Charges can be trumped up in all kinds of fashions. That’s why it’s important that we have people of the highest moral character in positions of gov. We need people that will stand up to the machine when they know in their heart that orders handed down are wrong. Add in that what is legal and has been for hundreds of years and then all of a sudden can become illegal with the swoop of a pen and yeah it can get dicey real quick.

Who gets to decide what’s legal and why at any given time? It’s supposed to be by the people but it doesn’t seem like it has been by the people for quite some time. And there is always going to be someone in the minority whose wishes will not be heard or followed. It’s impossible to make a law that is for everyone. You will always have someone pissed off or a voice not heard. What we are seeing today is faults of our system that are being exploited for political gain and the common folks are only losing as it goes on. But as we all know, until people get really uncomfy things aren’t going to change. Live your life. Quit worrying about the man and their rules.

I reckon anyone who ever swore an oath to uphold the COTUS is on a list so no point in worrying about a list. We’re all targets at the end of the day. This includes lying Dems when sworn into office...but they’re on a slightly different list. 🤬🤬🤬

All the more reason to build as many 80% firearms as possible. Fuck the atf and fuck any local .gov agency doing this repulsive shit

Did you buy your 80% with cash and no identifiable receipt in person?
Did you buy all your parts the same way?

Or did you put it on your credit card / debit card / check, locally or mail order it?

If you did it the second way, you might as well have just bought a standard receiver.

Not really.

A 80 isnt traceable and can easily be sold etc.

A lot less options for a serialized piece. Particularly in the places private transfers are banned

Just ask what happened to all those that bought a little "replacement backplate" for their Glocks mail order from China.......
Sure no serial numbers, no traces, can be easily sold.......

Or folks in the USA that bought smart card programmers from Canada mail order.....

Just don't kid yourself into thinking that anything you bought online or paid for with a CC / Check / Debit isn't easily able to be cross referenced if the actual federal government wants to make a push to do so.

There are some very good reasons to get 80% stuff, especially with state and things, just understand how much data is collected and can easily be processed and everything put together if someone wants to go for it.

lol, no I went a step better. I had my wife but it for me as a Christmas gift and I bought the rest of a glock from a buddy

I am in no way kidding myself about any length .gov will or can go to to get what it wants. That’s the nature of the state- coercion and force. I’m just trying to make it a little bit harder for them to track my shit down, because fuck them
