Making a target range for 22 shorts

Aside from the ventilation issues and inhalation hazards of gsr,
the 22 short is a fairly hot little round. 29 grain bullet and 1000+ fps mv.
Make that range as long as possible, install a bullet trap to catch the lead
Soundproofing might be needed to avoid worried neighbors.
Maybe even ballistic shielding on the walls and ceiling.
The 22 short can penetrate 2 inches of white pine. Safety first.

Some people may not agree, but ventilation is key. Vaporized lead is not a good thing. It sounds like a great idea and I always wished I could do the same, just plan it out carefully. It would suck to launch a round into the family room or back at yourself for that matter.
