KY, I know man, but it's just the luck of the draw. I'm not seeking out the heshe nor the naked tiny penis guy. I'm just amazed at the weirdness out there...and figured ya'll may too. Lol.

Bunch of useless hippies, yelling at the cops. (the whole world is watching). Yeah they're watching a dumbass resisting arrest and the cops were rather restrained if you ask me.

A friend of mine is a Mounty in Canada and they had this tattooed up gang banger (yes they have em too) and when the guy was naked standing there for processing, his old guy in charge says...

This guy has to be on some sort of amphetamine like drug. His Wee Wee is shrunk up like that because of vasoconstriction. I noticed that someone handed him a bottle of water. That is one of the "precautions" that "Ravers" use to prevent hyperthermia, and dehydration. If you remember all those "pacifiers" that was from the same sort of thing: prevented teeth-grinding.
The cops showed extreme restraint, but needed some better training on holds, and come-along moves that would have enabled them to frog march the guy out of the area, and into a vehicle. Instead he was actually throwing them, and breaking simple wrist holds.
Lack of pain sensation due to amphetamine or animal tranquilizers (which are all still out there) makes it difficult to use pain to subdue a subject. Notice also that the effect of the TASER did not last very long. They hit him with multiple surges, including directly from the tip of the device, with little lasting effect.
The biggest cop was clearly a good guy in a bad situation, and just needed a few more tricks to enable him to use his strength to overcome the subject's drug induced advantage.
These type of subjects used to get dumped off in my ER, for me and a couple of nurses to manage, and it wasn't fun.
