Has anyone else noticed the change in the amount of paint that's on the newer Manner's stocks? It seems like there is a lot more carbon fiber and a lot less paint on the latest ones.

I actually prefer more carbon showing. When you order you can request for more or less coverage

I like I having some carbon fiber showing as well, but I'm seeing some stocks with 5 "splotches" of paint on them. Just seems pointless to me to put so little paint on one, but it's all personal preference in the end.

Ordered a flat top PRS-2 on 06/10/20.

Never expected to get it 06/29/20...but I did!!

Seekins M5 Precision DBM fits perfectly. Should have the barreled action back within a couple weeks. As long as it fits as well as the bottom metal, it shouldn't take me long to have my first precision rifle!

The stock actually made me happier than expected. I THOUGHT it was exactly what I wanted...but wasn't sure as I have never handled one. Definitely seems like it's perfect for what I want.

Friday I got a call from Spartan Precision that my new 300 build (with a PRS1) was ready. Took it out today to do barrel break in. The only issue I have is that I have high cheek bones which requires that the cheek riser go up pretty tall. The end result is that the bolt won't go all the way out between shots, which is causing cycling issues. I need to figure out a way to lop off the front end of the riser.

EDIT: Contacted Manners today and they said to send in the cheek riser with a mark. They will cut and return in a day.

No comment on order lead times, but I did send a PRS1 in to get worked on. Mini chassis needed re-alignment, as my barrel was way off center in the channel. They re-bedded the mini chassis, and it's gtg now.

I was quoted up to 2 weeks lead time.
Dropped it off at UPS last Wednesday (7/29) had it back in my hands yesterday (8/06) o_O

I've got to say that I've been quite happy with Manners' customer service. As mentioned a few posts up, because of how high I have to put the cheek riser, it interferes with the bolt. I sent it in, they called me the day they received it and sent pictures of the modification for my input, finished it up and sent it right back out. I got it yesterday and it looks great.

This on a stock that had the delivery time down to about 5 months.

Happy customer here...

Man that is a long wait. But so worth it.

My stock is for my new 300 PRC that just got delivered a couple weeks ago. My old 300 PRC uses an HS Precision stock modified to include a Loggerhead cheek riser. It's a comfortable and capable stock, but when I fired the first rounds out of my new rifle with the Manners PRS1 on it, it was like, "aaaahhhhhh."

Had a flat top T4A in hand from a match table. Sent it in for inletting and install of Gen II mini chassis and Area 419 weighted arca rail. They received it June 29th and I had it back in my hands September 14th. Work looks great and I'm excited to get my .223AI put together once the action comes in!
