The only parts of the LRI piece that are titanium are the bars that control the height, and it also adds about a pound to the stock. I worked at LRI and did a couple of those modifications. JMO but I think you're better off with the loggerhead setup. More robust and the added weight is mostly epoxy fill in the butt anyway.
Adding the Kydex piece involves adding 2 holes drilled through the butt for the cross-bolts to go through, and maybe heating up the kydex to get it to form to the stock a little (not necessary but it can make it look/feel better).
