Rifle Scopes MARCH Scopes?

Re: MARCH Scopes?

I paid $2500 for the non-tactical Marches when they still shipped to europe, now we have to buy through EU dealers (=$4000). I don't know how the tacticals compare in ruggedness, but I'm too fond of my scope to try it out

Re: MARCH Scopes?

I think there tactical line will come to the front of the line. If it is sturdy. Tracks great, optics is very clear. There is only draw back in the US is one dealer. The dealer is a great guy and help me out with my scopes. But I quess that is not much to be concern with though. Prices are in line with the top scopes in the US. If I was a new scope buyer I would look at these before I bought a scope.

Re: MARCH Scopes?

Chubby, I'm not an expert but I believe he is indicating the "metric" adjustment is not the same a "MIL" adjustment. Both MOA and Mil adjustments systems are based upon different units of angular measurements. A Milliradian is 1/1000 of a radian, but it is not based upon the metric system.

Good info here that better describes it, but I think the confusion was related to the word choice "Metric":

Re: MARCH Scopes?

I asked Kelby's about a mil/mil version of the tactical scope and he said "they are working on it...check back in August." Guess they are still working on it. :) But, it's nice that they at least acknowledged the request.
