Rifle Scopes MARS rail installation

I've tried Google and searching on here and cannot find and answer. I have a Remington 700ltr in .308 that was issued to me (work) with a zero moa MARS rail (p/n 19429-2). I had to strip the rifle down to send in for warranty work and I am putting it back together now that it's back. I do not know the tq specs for the MARS rail screws and no one at work does either. Can anyone help me out?
