The US Code section that addresses harboring illegal aliens is Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii). This section makes it illegal to knowingly conceal, harbor, or shield an unauthorized alien from detection. Harboring includes providing shelter, food, or other assistance to an undocumented individual.

Sadly, Burl Cain is no longer Warden there. He's now in charge of the Mississippi Dept. of Corrections, which oversees Parchman Prison in Mississippi. They (Parchman) had one of the working Gas Chambers there until recently when they went "Lethal Injection."
When my friend, Lee, exited the Navy, he spent a short time in the Big Easy. Got into a fight in a bar protecting woman who was being beaten by her boyfriend, who would up in the hospital. My friend was charged with attempted manslaughter. Even though he had warned the guy of his skills in combat, that just egged the creep on.
The woman refused to testify at trial for my friend's good samaritan actions. So, he was convicted. He and the DSO with him were waiting for train because he was going to Angola. The train was running and a call came through to the station (circa 1969.) The woman came forward and exonerated my friend.
So, back to court he went. The conviction was vacated.
The judge said, "Mister [redacted], you are a free man but I suggest getting out of New Orleans."
"I will be getting out of Louisiana," my friend said.

Problem is Metro Boston area has roughly 5 million population (most of them being whackanoodle) & 2 million in the rest of the State (many of them being good folks).
We will get that back by taking away their ability to send money to mexico, save it by not having to pay for welfare, ebt, section 8, and other freebees. We could use asset forfeiture to strip them from their stealing of government resources and our tax dollars. Illegal aliens are thieves....period.

Who's going to argue/convince a corrupt court system that these asylum seekers are "Subject to the jurisdiction" of another country that they are fleeing due to persecution?
