Draw weight is 60lb so range is 50-60. Qad hd rest in matching lost camo included. Skb case custom made for the helim included also. Case is a little rough on the outside mainly cause of tsa but not damaged at all. String and all the limbsaver rubbers were brand new replaced at the start of this hunting season. I don’t know the answer to that. I took a picture of the serial number if that helps you. I asked my wife and she is pretty confident she bought it Christmas of 2014 and she’s always right lol. It was a Christmas gift for me and was bought brand new from the Mathews dealer. I am extremely anal as far as taking care of my stuff and promise when I tell you it’s basically flawless. If it’s even remotely what your interested in I don’t think you’ll be disappointed at all. With the abundance of 13 in the serial number it would lead me to think it was made in 2013 and bought new late 2014
