Same way as you do with Biden and Feinstein - their staff make all the decisions, they don't have a clue what's going on. Feinstein's staff is on video literally telling her how to vote because she couldn't figure it out.

You nailed brother. Back in 2018 I was getting an occasional "blurry" spot in my vision in my right eye, not fully occluded, just a small spot and it would go away after a minute or so. I just chalked it up to eye fatigue from working on a computer screen all day.
Any how I went into a Costco to get my reading glasses upgraded and mentioned it to the optometrist.
He said I should go see and ophthalmologist about it so I did the next day. He had me go get an MRI on my neck the next morning and called later that day and said I'm sending these results to you PCP and you need to get your ass to a vascular Doc ASAP as you have 90% blockage in your right side carotid artery so you've been having mild TIA's.
A couple days later I had an endarterectomy and have been good ever since but the doc's told me that I was likely going to stroke out in a year if I hadn't caught it.
Ddx: TIA, RIND (Reversible Ischemic Neurological Deficit), Absence Seizure, MKUltra
