McRee Chassis bottom bolt release savage issue

Hi all,

So I bought a McRee, and it looks great. The one issue I am having is I'm not sure how I am supposed to release the bolt. In its original configuration there is a button release on the trigger guard but in the chassis there doesn't seem to be anything to facilitate releasing the bolt. Clearly I am dumb, but I prefer to not remain ignorant. How do I release the bolt?

I am not 100% on this but I thought that McRees were designed to fit savage rifles with the bolt beside the safety. You might want to call McRee and ask some questions.

Thanks, they offer a bottom bolt release model, which is what I thought I ordered, and the chassis is marked as such.

Stick your finger under trigger guard and push the sear tab back and trigger at same time and you are GTG. The Mcree doesn't have a button the just inlet it a lil more so you can reach in as I explained.
